If you are looking for mortality data Ontario Vital Statistics will have deaths by age and cause of death (though that would not help you to know if they are U of T students)and can likely tell you how to access that information.

Morbidity data may be more difficult to come by but CIHI has reports on health indicators which must include morbidity.  Maybe try phoning them and asking how you would get that information.

I suspect that information at the U of T level would not be forthcoming because the numbers would be so small that even aggregated data would not be anonymous.</description>
